Let The Islamofascists have NYC

I know it's been awhile. I've been busy catching up on my politics instead of posting. It seems as if the second I get a coherent political thought in my head, it is suddenly old news. I realize this doesn't preclude me from competing with the lib blogs, but I'd rather keep up nontheless.

My local PW chapter is going out again on 3/19. Very irritating that we have to, but for some reason the Lefties have decided to protest the military engagement that liberated an entire country from a brutal, mass-murdering dictator. We will be there with blue fingers, clever signs, and superior intellects.

But the issue most compelling me to write today is the NYC schoolchildren sending demoralizing letters to Pfc. Rob Jacobs from New Jersey currently stationed in South Korea, but possibly getting ready to go to Iraq.

Exerpt of one the letters from a Muslim student courtesy of the New York Post:

"Even thoe [sic] you are risking your life for our country, have you seen how many civilians you or some other soldier killed?"

It goes on to say, "I know your [sic] trying to save our country and kill the terrorists but you are also destroying holy places like Mosques."

This is just a suggestion and I realize it is probably insensitive, but perhaps they ought to teach this little snot grammar and spelling before they allow him to propagandize. In my mind it is disrespectful for sixth graders to send a troop a letter with obvious spelling and grammatical errors, much less demoralizing content.

Here is nifty little statement from the school principal a Mr. Xavier Costello: “While we would never censor anything that our children write, we sincerely apologize for forwarding letters that were in any way inappropriate to Pfc. Jacobs. This assignment was not intended to be insensitive, but to be supportive of the men and women in service to our nation.”

So let me ask you something, Mr. Costello. If I were a student and you were having us post, oh say, art for public view, would you allow me to write MR. COSTELLO HOLDS HIS NOSE WHEN HE FUCKS MUSLIM CHICKS on a piece of notebook paper and stick it to the wall, or would I be censored? Oh it's not the assignment, you say? Was it the assignment to allow little traitors to write propaganda to the troops who are their first line of defense? But whatever. Indoctrinate your children. I care not. Your pacifism won't save you and it will be your own fault.

So that's it. The Mexicans can have California and the terrorists can have NYC. I'd rather live in Jesusland despite the Southern Baptists. At least they can shoot.
